Euro qualifying Slovakia stuns Spain, Is the Reign of Spain Over Slovakia stun Spain 2-1 in Euro 2016 qualifier
Defending Euro champions Spain slumped to their first defeat in a qualifier in eight years as they lost 2-1 to Slovakia in Zilina on Thursday.
Goals from Juraj Kucka and Miroslav Stoch saw Slovakia get all three points with Spain substitute Paco Alcacer scoring the solitary goal for his team.
The last time Spain lost a qualifier was in October 2006 when they lost 2-0 to Sweden (Euro 2008 qualifier).
